TM-411B-2
|
Excellent release for Vamac® (AEM), FKM, NBR and NBR/PVC.
Apply manually to mandrel, or to cut hose by dipping. |
| TM-919 |
Is a viscous water-soluble release coating for formed rubber
hose. TM-919 is applied to the hose tube at the time of extrusion,
which will form a gel like coating inside the hose. It will
reduce pin build up. It works very well on both peroxide and
sulfur curing systems. |

802-A |
Is a medium viscosity water-soluble release coatings for formed
hose, for manual dipping application. This product is slightly
hydrophilic and with exposure to ambient air, its viscosity
will increase forming a soft gel. |
| TM-919N4-A+ |
Excellent product for “tube & lube” applications,
in which TM-919N-4A+ is pumped inside the hose at the extruder.
Becomes a soft gel with heat; adheres to the interior of EPDM,
NBR & CPE extruded green hose without dripping. |
TM-493-J34A
|
Medium Viscosity; Good release performance with EPDM, NBR, SBR
and ECO. Applied manually to mandrel, or to cut hose by
dipping. |

Is a unique water-soluble mandrel release agent for formed hose,
hose. This is a premium product with a higher molecular weight,
applied manually by dipping the green hose and sliding on the
curved mandrel. TM-4423 can be diluted with water. |
TM-4451

High Viscosity; Good Release performance with EPDM. Applied
manually to mandrel, or to cut hose by dipping. |

Is a unique water soluble formed hose mandrel release agent
with a medium range molecular weight. TM-408 is currently being

| TM-201-B |
Is a water-based solvent-free dispersion of a high molecular
weight polyethylene wax. TM-201-B was developed as an anti-stick
agent for extruded rubber in the green and vulcanized states.

rubber in the green and vulcanized states. |

A Is a unique aqueous Fluorochemical water base release with
high temperature anti-stick properties. It was designed to enhance
the release properties in open steam cure (OSC) for the rubber

A Zinc Stearate dispersion with outstanding anti-stick properties
developed specifically for hose and tubing in the green state. |
| TM-248 |
A Calcium Stearate dispersion with excellent anti-stick properties
developed for customers who prefer not to use Zinc Stearate
for hose and tubing in the green state. |
| TM-253-A |
Anti-Stick agent for tube and cover in the green and
vulcanized state. Helps prevent the coded ink from coming off
of hose cover during cure. |
| TM-265 |
A clear dip non-stearate, non-wax dispersion with excellent
anti-stick properties developed for customers who prefer not
to use stearates and waxes for hose cover and tubing in the
green state. |
| TM-700RR |
Is a water based crosslink resin system, non-fluorocarbon material.
It was developed as an anti-stick agent for extruded rubber
in the green and vulcanized states. It was designed to enhance
the release properties for both peroxide and sulfur cure systems
in pan cure process. TM-700- RR is currently being used on EPDM,
CR, NBR and CPE compounds. |
| TM-816-1 |
Is a water-based solvent-free dispersion of a high molecular
weight polyethylene wax. We developed TM-816-1 as an anti-stick
agent for extruded rubber in the green and vulcanized states.
TM-816-1 is currently being used on EPDM, Neoprene® (CR),
ECO, NBR and Hypalon® (CSM) compounds.

Tape Coatings
| TM-222 |
Is
a nylon 6.6 cure tape release coating. It is designed specifically
for use with nylon 6.6 cure tape for hose cover of EPDM, CPE,
CSM and CR rubber. TM-222 is a water-based reactive emulsion
with outstanding anti-stick and release properties.

TM-1136
|
Is a nylon 6.6 cure tape release coating. It is designed specifically
for use with nylon 6.6 cure tape for hose cover of EPDM and
CR rubber. TM-1136 is a water-based PTFE reactive emulsion with
outstanding anti-stick and release properties. |
TM-7736
|
Water-based fluorotelomer nylon tape coating with a higher solids
content than TM-1136. Release easily from tackier cover compounds
like EPDM and Neoprene. |
TM-8836
|
A unique water-based Fluorochemical/Fluorotelomer blend nylon
tape coating, which prevents color transfer during vulcanization.. |

| TMA-3 |
TMA-3 is a colorless dry film custom-designed as an anti-stick

Is a unique aqueous Fluorochemical water base release with high

and transfer molding. |
| TM-836-4 |
Medium viscosity concentrated release. Dilutable.
Excellent releasing properties for rubber to rubber or rubber
to metal with EPDM, IIR and CR.

TM-958
|
Non-Silicone release. Use as is. Excellent properties for rubber
to metal with EPDM, IIR, MQ and CR. Has excellent semi-permanent
characteristics.

A unique water-based non-functional silicone formulation with

and transfer molding. TM-976-2 is specifically formulated to
provide excellent release performance for PVC compounds. |

Non-Silicone release. Use as is. Excellent release properties
for rubber to rubber or rubber to metal with EPDM, IIR, MQ and

TM-8720
|
Is a general-purpose non-ionic aqueous emulsion, which is 60%
active. It was developed as a mold release agent in the rubber
and plastic industries.
